Apricot Pistachio Coconut Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup raw pistachios
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:

You can use a food processor to mix raw pistachios and dried apricots until they become sticky and dough-like
