There is a lot of flavor in these Mexican pinwheel sandwiches, which are great as an appetizer or snack any time.
Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese and salsa together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
Green onions, black olives, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder should all be added
Mix everything together well
Cover each tortilla with an even layer of the mixture
Wrap it in plastic wrap and roll it up tight
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour
Cut the pinwheels out of the wrapper
Serve and have fun
