Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bars

These Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bars are a delightful combination of creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and crispy rice cereal, topped with a mix of mini chocolate chips and white chocolate chips for an extra indulgent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x13-inch baking dish

Put the peanut butter, honey, butter, and semisweet chocolate chips in a large bowl that can go in the microwave

In 30-second intervals, stir the mixture in the microwave until it melts and is smooth

Add the crispy rice cereal and mix it in until its well coated

Spread the mixture out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared

Place the mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts if using on top and lightly press them down to stick

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets

Cut into bars and serve after its set
