Green Tea & Oat Smoothie with 7 Fruits & Veggies

The seven fruits and vegetables in this bright green smoothie are full of nutrients, making it a healthy and refreshing drink. Adding oats to green tea gives it extra fiber and antioxidants, making it a satisfying drink that will keep you going all day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Add cold green tea, rolled oats, spinach leaves, cucumber, pineapple, mango, apple, kiwi, kale, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a blender

Blend until smooth

Mix until its creamy and smooth

When you add the ice cubes, blend again until everything is well mixed

Pour into glasses and serve right away
