Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Add cold green tea, rolled oats, spinach leaves, cucumber, pineapple, mango, apple, kiwi, kale, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a blender
Blend until smooth
