Ingredients:
- 1 lb wild Alaska salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 lb wild Alaska halibut fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 4 cups fish or seafood stock
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a large pot, saut the onion and garlic until soft
Add the diced tomatoes, fish or seafood stock, chickpeas, carrots, celery, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger
Stir to combine
