Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced thinly lengthwise
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced turkey or chicken optional
- Sliced cheese optional
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined
Place cucumber slices on a paper towel and pat dry to remove excess moisture
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each cucumber slice
If desired, layer with sliced turkey or chicken and cheese
