A low-calorie pineapple coconut smoothie is a great choice for your daily smoothie. It tastes like a tropical treat and is a great way to start the day or pick yourself up in the middle of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

To a blender, add the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, low-fat yogurt, and honey, if you want

Mix until its creamy and smooth

You can add ice cubes and blend again until everything is well mixed if you want a colder smoothie

Put the smoothie in a glass

If you want, you can decorate it with a pineapple slice or shredded coconut
